Terms of Service

1. What TubeToMarket does

TubeToMarket helps founders find public YouTube videos that may be relevant to their product, understand the context, and draft optional comment ideas. Users review, edit, discard, and post manually. The service does not post, publish, or submit anything to YouTube on your behalf.

2. Account responsibility

You must provide a valid email address to create an account via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Manual use requirement

TubeToMarket is a research and drafting tool. You must personally review every candidate video and every comment draft before deciding whether to post. Do not use automated scripts, bots, or other software to submit comments generated by TubeToMarket.

4. No auto-posting

TubeToMarket does not post comments on your behalf. It does not connect to your YouTube account, does not authenticate with the YouTube API on your behalf, and does not submit, edit, or delete comments for you. You control all outreach.

5. Acceptable use and anti-spam

You may not use TubeToMarket for mass commenting, spam, deceptive promotion, impersonation, undisclosed affiliation, harassment, or attempts to manipulate YouTube engagement, rankings, recommendations, or metrics.

You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws when posting comments.

6. User responsibility for comments

Comment drafts are starting points, not posting instructions. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and appropriateness of anything you post on YouTube or any other platform. Disclose your relationship to the product where appropriate, and skip any video where your comment would not add value.

7. No guarantees — including opportunity counts

TubeToMarket does not guarantee customers, traffic, visibility, rankings, replies, engagement, or any specific business outcome. Relevance scores and comment drafts are AI-generated estimates, not promises of performance.

The number of opportunities delivered each day varies by niche. Your account's first paid campaign generation can deliver up to 30 opportunities immediately. Later campaign starts and refreshes deliver up to 10 qualified opportunities per cycle, with up to 20 fresh opportunities per day on the twice-daily schedule. Narrower niches or topics with limited recent YouTube activity may yield fewer results, including zero, on a given day. These figures describe maximums, not guaranteed counts. TubeToMarket progressively broadens its search when fresh content is scarce, but does not guarantee that broadening will produce results.

Opportunity discovery depends on the YouTube Data API and third-party AI services. Quota limits, API outages, or changes to these services may temporarily reduce or interrupt discovery without prior notice.

8. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal accessible on the Pricing & Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund questions can be sent to support, but there are no refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or separately agreed in writing. Subscription fees are charged for access to the discovery service regardless of how many opportunities are delivered in any given cycle.

9. Third-party services

TubeToMarket relies on the following third-party services to operate:

  • YouTube Data API — to search public videos and retrieve public metadata and statistics
  • SerpAPI — fallback public-search discovery for public YouTube result information
  • OpenAI — to analyze product pages, score video relevance, and generate comment drafts
  • Supabase — for authentication and data storage
  • Stripe — for subscription billing and payment processing
  • Resend — for transactional and digest emails

Each service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Your use of TubeToMarket constitutes acceptance of those terms as they apply.

10. YouTube API compliance

TubeToMarket uses the YouTube Data API in compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. See our YouTube API Compliance page for details.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in abusive or spammy behavior, or use the service in a way that harms other users or third-party platforms. You may permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. This removes TubeToMarket-controlled account data immediately and is non-recoverable. Stripe and other processors may retain billing, payment, invoice, tax, chargeback, and accounting records for accounting and legal obligations under their own policies. Individual campaigns can be deactivated in the app. Deactivation stops future refreshes but is not permanent deletion; deleting your account is the way to permanently delete campaign records controlled by TubeToMarket.
